February 2024. At 3 a.m., I began what would become one of the most intense shoots of my career—both mentally and physically. I had no idea what was waiting for me. Just 48 hours in Iceland, right in the heart of winter, tested every limit. Snow-blanketed landscapes, relentless 70mph winds, and sub-zero temperatures pushed the crew and the gear to breaking point. At one point, our RED camera even plunged into a glacier-fed waterfall. By the end of it, I’d never been so cold—or so exhausted. That first night’s sleep? Unmatched.
