Backed by the Millwall Community Trust, the Romans are creating a safe and welcoming space for LGBTQ+ players and allies to enjoy football without fear of judgement. Competing in the London Unity League, they’re not just about the game – they’re about representation, visibility, and breaking down barriers in the sport. With regular training, community outreach, and support from Millwall Pride, the Romans are helping to change the face of football, one match at a time.
